Chop the rotisserie chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add butter and onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to brown.      QUICK RAVA TOAST     Servings : 3     Prep : 15 min     Cook : 15 min     Total : 30 min     Difficulty : Low INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup semolina (Rava) 3 tbsp yogurt 1 garlic clove finely chopped 1/4 tsp chat masala powder 1 or 2 green chilies chopped 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp diced capsicum Half carrot grated 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato 2 tbsp finely chopped onion Salt to taste 6 to 8 slices of bread Butter as needed 1 cup = 250 ml DIRECTIONS Step 1 In a large bowl mix together all the first 11 ingredients. STEP 2 Take a bread slice and spread a spoonful of the yogurt mixture evenly over the whole slice. STEP 3 Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan, toast the bread slice with the yogurt mixture side down. STEP 4 Toast until the bread slice gets crispy and lightly golden. Flip the slice and cook on the other side as well. STEP 5 Repeat the step with all other slices. Serve hot.
