QUICK RAVA TOAST

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup semolina (Rava)
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp chat masala powder
- 1 or 2 green chilies chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp diced capsicum
- Half carrot grated
- 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- 6 to 8 slices of bread
- Butter as needed
- 1 cup = 250 ml
DIRECTIONS
- Step 1In a large bowl mix together all the first 11 ingredients.
- STEP 2Take a bread slice and spread a spoonful of the yogurt mixture evenly over the whole slice.
- STEP 3Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan, toast the bread slice with the yogurt mixture side down.
- STEP 4Toast until the bread slice gets crispy and lightly golden. Flip the slice and cook on the other side as well.
- STEP 5Repeat the step with all other slices. Serve hot.
