INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup semolina (Rava)
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp chat masala powder
  • 1 or 2 green chilies chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp diced capsicum
  • Half carrot grated
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 to 8 slices of bread
  • Butter as needed
  • 1 cup = 250 ml
  • DIRECTIONS
    • Step 1In a large bowl mix together all the first 11 ingredients.
    • STEP 2Take a bread slice and spread a spoonful of the yogurt mixture evenly over the whole slice.
    • STEP 3Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan, toast the bread slice with the yogurt mixture side down.
    • STEP 4Toast until the bread slice gets crispy and lightly golden. Flip the slice and cook on the other side as well.
    • STEP 5Repeat the step with all other slices. Serve hot.
