BANANA AND CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS Servings : 10 Prep : 15 min Cook : 30 min Total : 45 min Difficulty : Low INGREDIENTS 1 3/4 cups of plain flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 large ripe bananas (about 1 1/2 cups) 3/4 cup of sugar 80 ml of melted butter (1/3 rd of a cup) 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/4 cup milk (at room temperature) 1 large egg 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 cup = 250 ml DIRECTIONS STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F). Arrange muffin cases in a muffin tray. Small cups will yield 10 muffins, and large cups or cases will yield 6 muffins.
