   Mince pasta spaghetti      Servings : 4     Prep : 10 min     Cook : 40 min     Total : 50 min     Difficulty : Low INGREDIENTS 200 gms Spaghetti (half packet) 200 gms Mutton mince ( chicken or beef) 1 medium onion finely chopped 2 medium tomatoes finely chopped 2 tbsp of chopped garlic 1 tbsp tomato puree 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tsp sugar 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional) Salt to taste 4 tbsp olive oil 1 cup green spring onion + for garnishing. DIRECTIONS STEP 1 Heat water along with salt in a large vessel till it boils. Add the pasta to boiling water and cook till it is cooked ‘al dent. Drain the pasta and reserve 1 cup of drained pasta water. Pour some oil over the pasta and set aside. STEP 2 For the sauce: Heat a saucepan and add 2 tbsp chopped garlic.   Chicken Fried Quinoa PREP TIME: 5   minutes COOK TIME: 10   minutes SERVES: 6   servings INGREDIENTS ▢ 3   cups   rotisserie chicken   or shredded chicken ▢ 3   cups quinoa     cooked ▢ 1   cup   mixed vegetables   frozen ▢ 2   eggs ▢ 1   onion   medium ▢ 1/4   cup   soy sauce ▢ 2   tbsp   butter ▢ 1   tbsp   sesame oil ▢ 1   tbsp   garlic   minced Garnish (optional) ▢ Chopped green onions INSTRUCTIONS Chop the onion and press the garlic. Chop the rotisserie chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add butter and onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
